Drawing and painting is really good for our brains because lots of areas fire up when we’re being creative. I love knowing that I’m helping little brains develop while they have fun at the same time!

Meet Louise
Cygnets Ruislip is run by Louise Hamer who has a background as an Arts Therapist practising in schools, care homes and hospitals for over 13 years. Louise enjoys enabling students of all ages to produce artworks that they are proud of whilst also having fun along the way.
Louise had a childhood love of Monet and begged her parents to take her to Monet’s garden at Giverny. When they did it only further cemented her lifelong love of Impressionism and this is still what she makes a beeline for when visiting a gallery.
