Cygnets East Oxford is run and taught by Dorothy Bousted. Dorothy is a practicing ceramic artist and art has always played an important role in her life.
When she was young her parents found her a tutor for one to one tuition in fine art. It stayed with her all this time. It was exciting and inspiring, learning to use professional artistic methods such as painting, drawing and sculpture, and to do it well.
Since finishing her degree in fine art and having a desire to teach, she's been searching for a place she can share her passion, knowledge and creativity and inspire new and emerging young artists.

Ages 5+
Private group classes for two or more students, at your home, with our experienced artist-teachers. Perfect as a one-off birthday celebration, or weekly group class with siblings or friends. Students can choose from our enormous catalogue of projects, with everything provided by us. All you need is a table and chairs!
