New Cygnets Branches Opening in January

new Cygnets branches opening

We’re delighted to be starting the new year with some exciting news – several brand-new Cygnets Art School branches are opening their doors across the UK this January! Each new location is led by a passionate, creative franchise owner who shares our belief that art plays a vital role in children’s development, confidence and self-expression.

Practising artists, illustrators and experienced teachers make up our newest Cygnets leaders who all bring a wealth of experience, warmth and creativity to their local communities. We’re thrilled to introduce them below.

Cygnets Art School Folkestone

Cygnets Art School Folkestone is run by Laura, a qualified teacher and lifelong art enthusiast who brings a wealth of classroom and curriculum experience to her coastal community. Having worked as an Art Subject Lead and curriculum designer in primary education, Laura is passionate about helping children in Folkestone build confidence and artistic skills through carefully tailored sessions across a variety of mediums, inspiring young artists from their very first creative steps.

Cygnets Art School West Gravesend

Cygnets Art School West Gravesend is led by Ula, a primary school teacher with a love of hands-on creativity, particularly textiles. Based in West Gravesend, Ula’s classes are full of fun, energy and experimentation, underpinned by her strong belief in the power of art to help every child thrive, grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

Cygnets Art School Truro

Cygnets Art School Truro is run by Caroline, a practising artist with formal training in both Art and Fashion and over a decade of creative industry experience. Bringing her passion and expertise to Truro and the surrounding area, Caroline encourages children to explore the endless possibilities of art, helping them to push beyond perceived limits and develop confidence both artistically and personally.

Cygnets Art School Leeds Central

Cygnets Art School Leeds Central is led by Marta, a children’s book illustrator with a fine art background and a warm, joyful approach to teaching. At the heart of Leeds city centre, Marta creates a welcoming and colourful environment where children are encouraged to have fun, develop new skills and discover the artist within themselves.

Cygnets Art School Cannock

Cygnets Art School Cannock run by Jolita, is founded on a strong belief in the importance of art in children’s development, combining creativity with a proud three-generation family history of teaching. Serving families in Cannock and nearby areas, the branch offers a calm and mindful space where children develop focus, confidence and problem-solving skills through drawing, painting, sculpting and hands-on making.
